I got an anonymous tip from someone today detailing that the US embassy in Baghdad has had the following literature shipped to them: "Effects of Low-Power Light on Biological Systems III," "Effect of Polarized Laser Radiation on Skin Wound Repair: A Morphological Study," "Effects of Laser Irradiation on the Membrane Fluidity of Human Erythocytes."
 
Makes you wonder what’s going on over there.
 
Probably just routine operations.
