
I’m one of those oft-hated people who falls asleep within 2 minutes of head-to pillow contact. I have turned my bedroom into a tomb, dark, cool and quiet. I’ve seen comments are articles on Lifehacker from time to time, but this is a great list that should help you if you have a hard time getting to sleep at night. You might not be sick, troubled, or an insomniac, you might just have a crappy bedroom.
