This is my second trip to Roasrio’s, and I have to admit, I ordered the same thing boht times I’ve been here: the Enchiladas Suizas Plate. Why have I ordered the same thing both times? Maybe out of my sheer enjoyment of the dish, maybe because I can’t for the life of me figure out how they make that delicious sauce, but definately not because of the fear of the unknown. I eat at Roasrio’s with confidence, knowing that my food will be tasty, the servers will be freindly, and the kitchen will be fast. I also don’t have to worry about one of those crappy weak margaritas; the top-shelf margarita here is as strong as it is rich, and wil absolutely delight you. But don’t take my word for it.

Charming and warm, very open and a little noisy. Great colors and decorations though fun cieling lighting in the back

At 6:30 on Wednesday night I was seated immediately, and brought warm fresh chips (and their delicious house salsa) and water before I could even open my mouth. When I ordered my drink my server recommended changing how it was made, ad I agreed, he later made suggestions on food as needed and complemented me on my choice, he even recommended I request it served a different way. Fantastic!

Servers butting in only when needed, always smiling and being polite, and knowing when to stay away marked my experience. Five star restaurant service at two star prices, I’m down with that.
Food appearance ***

Don’t get me wrong, it looked fine, there just wasn’t the flourish you want at an expensive restaurant. A fancy restaurant this is not, so guess it’s fine, I just like pretty food. :)
Food Taste *****

Wow. Creamy, sweet, salty and DELICIOUS. Fresh (?) tortillas and erfectly coked chicken marked this dish, wit the highlight being the white wine sauce. To die for.
Price/Value $$/*****

This place is seriously inexpensive. Of course, I ordered a Margarita, which is always overpriced, no mater were you go. They have a god selection of beer and soft drinks as well.
